For Gossip Girl Season 3 it aired on The CW on September 14th 2009. The whole cast is back and attending New York University. Nate stays in New York to attend Columbia University. Chuck runs his father’s company and attempts to create his own. Serena goes to Brown University in Rhode Island. Although, they planned a clever way to keep everyone in New York in the story. Because, Serena ends up staying in NY to search for her father. The third season started filming on June 29th 2009 in New York City. Joanna Garcia is a new girl for Chance Crawford but only shows up in 4 episodes. Hilary Duff has also signed up for 7 episodes she’s suppose to be rooming in with Vanessa.
